At VitaVault Supplements, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, in line with EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unopened, unused, and in the same condition as received.

In the original packaging with all seals intact.

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used supplements.
2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please contact us at support@vitavaultsupplements.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
