At VitaVault Supplements, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, in line with EU consumer protection laws.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unopened, unused, and in the same condition as received.

    • In the original packaging with all seals intact.

  • Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used supplements.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please contact us at support@vitavaultsupplements.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
