Delivery Terms

At VitaVault, we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 working hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following working day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email.

If there is any unexpected delay in the supply or dispatch of your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate, as we are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@vitavaultsupplements.com, and our team will assist you. While we will do our best to amend the address before dispatch, we cannot guarantee changes after the order has left our facility.


Delivery Guide

For all orders, we use tracked shipping services to ensure secure and reliable delivery.

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days within the UK

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 working days

Shipping costs and delivery options will be shown clearly at checkout. Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch.

While most orders arrive within the timeframes listed above, please be aware that delivery times may be affected by external factors such as customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays, adverse weather, or high-volume periods. These factors are outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please reach out to our support team at support@vitavaultsupplements.com, and we’ll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.


Damaged Items

Although we take great care in packaging our products securely, if your order arrives damaged, we will replace the item free of charge.

To report a damaged product, email support@vitavaultsupplements.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.
