This returns policy applies only to purchases made directly from VitaVaultSupplements.com. If you bought our products through a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for their returns and refund procedures.

At VitaVault, we stand behind the quality and efficacy of our products. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.


30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. This applies to your first purchase of any product. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a refund as long as all unused bottles are returned in a resellable condition.

Please contact us at support@vitavaultsupplements.com to initiate the return process. We’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and further instructions. Returns without a valid RMA cannot be accepted.


Return Terms & Conditions

  • Returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team and accompanied by a valid RMA number.

  • Returns must be shipped within 14 days of RMA issue. Items must be postmarked and in the possession of the return courier within this period to qualify.

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked or signed-for service. We cannot be held liable for lost or untracked returns.

  • Returns must not be sent to our registered office. The correct return address will be provided upon RMA approval.

  • To qualify for our money-back guarantee, you may return no more than one opened bottle per product. All other bottles must be unopened and in resaleable condition.

  • The 60-day guarantee applies to first-time orders only. We are unable to refund repeat purchases of the same product.


Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund within 10 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund in your account.


Damaged or Incomplete Orders

We take care to package all orders securely. However, if your order arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us at support@vitavaultsupplements.com within 7 days of delivery.

To help us process your request, please include:

  • A clear photo of the damaged item(s)

  • The packaging and delivery documentation

  • Your order number

Please note that we are unable to process claims without photographic evidence or if packaging has been discarded.
