Returns and Refunds

30 day returns
We accept returns within 30 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

How to return: email contact@vitavaultsupplements.com with your order number. We will email you a prepaid return label, so return postage is on us. Please post the item back within the 30 day window.

Refunds: once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. You do not need to return a damaged item unless we ask you to. Refunds are issued within 2 business days of us approving your claim.

Items returned to us opened, used, or not in their original condition when described as unopened may receive a reduced refund or be declined, unless they fall under our satisfaction guarantee below.

How long refunds take to reach you
Once we issue a refund, the time for it to appear depends on how you paid:
PayPal: usually 1 to 3 business days
Debit or credit card: usually 5 to 10 business days
This final step is set by PayPal or your bank, not by us.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
