Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform to sell our products and services to you.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Your content (not including credit card info) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. You agree not to reproduce or exploit any part of the service without express written permission.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding all prior agreements. Any ambiguity in interpretation shall not be construed against the drafting party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

SECTION 19 – CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the site following any updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

SECTION 20 – SUBSCRIPTIONS

By subscribing, you agree to be billed at your selected frequency. You will be charged for the first subscription term in full. For example, if you select a two-month plan, you will be billed for both months and cannot cancel the second. You may cancel future renewals after the initial term.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription by logging into your account and navigating to “Change/Cancel Membership”.

The discount rate at the time of subscription will remain active while your subscription is active. Any new products added will be subject to current rates. If cancelled and later reactivated, the original discount may not apply.

SECTION 21 – RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return, provided the item is unopened, unused, and the seal is intact. Proof of purchase is required.

All returns are inspected. If the return does not meet our conditions, we may refuse the refund. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty. If the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you're entitled to a refund or replacement. Photo evidence may be requested.

SECTION 22 – HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

1. Prepare Your Return
   Pack the item securely in original packaging. Include your order confirmation or receipt.
   
   

2. Request Authorisation
   Contact our Customer Support Team at contact@vitavaultsupplements.com to get a return authorisation and the return address.
   
   

3. Shipping
   If your return is accepted, we will send a prepaid return label (UK only). If you ship on your own, we do not reimburse shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
   
   

4. Refund
   Once received and inspected, we will issue your refund and send a confirmation email. Please allow up to 48 hours after delivery for processing.
   
   

SECTION 23 – ADDITIONAL TERMS

23.1 Events Beyond Reasonable Control
We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, war, government actions, or supplier failures).

23.2 Third Parties
Only you and VitaVault Supplements may enforce these Terms. No third party shall have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

23.3 Assignment
You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may do so freely.

23.4 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by UK law, and disputes must be brought in UK courts.

23.5 Severability
If any section is found unenforceable, the remaining sections will still apply.
