We have tried to answer the most common questions.

Supplements 

Are your supplements gluten-free, dairy-free, and allergen-free?

Most of our products are free from common allergens, including gluten, dairy, soy, and nuts. However, please check the product label for full allergen information.

How Should I Store My Supplements?

Store your supplements in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Some products may require refrigeration—please refer to the label for specific storage instructions.

Can I take multiple supplements together?

Many of our supplements are designed to be taken together, but we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before combining multiple supplements if you have any medical conditions or take medications.

Where are VitaVault supplements manufactured?

Our supplements are proudly manufactured in the UK in GMP-certified facilities, ensuring the highest quality, safety, and efficacy standards. 

Are your supplements suitable for vegetarians/vegans?

Many of our supplements are vegetarian and vegan-friendly. Check the product description or look for the vegan/vegetarian symbol on the packaging.

Returns & Cancellation

Returns

You have 30 days from receiving your package to return your order, provided the item is:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • Seals/tamper-proof packaging intact

You must also have your original receipt or proof of purchase.

All returned items are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team. If the item does not meet the return conditions above, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and you may be responsible for covering the return postage.

If the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. In such cases, we may request photographic evidence to verify the issue. Please place a new order and return the faulty item for a refund.

Cancellation

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. If you wish to do so, please contact us at contact@vitavaultsupplements.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

Because we work with third-party fulfilment partners who begin processing orders promptly, we cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible once your order has entered the shipping process.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

If your order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it, but you may return it once received, in accordance with our Returns Policy. Please refer to that section for eligibility and instructions.


How do I return an item ?  

To return an item, please email our Customer Support Team at contact@vitavaultsupplements.com to request a return authorisation and the return address.

You have 30 days from receiving your package to return your order, provided the item is unopened, unused, and has all seals or tamper-proof packaging intact. You must also have your original receipt or proof of purchase.

All returned items are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team. If the item does not meet the return conditions, we reserve the right to refuse a refund, and you may be responsible for covering the return postage.

Carefully pack the item in its original packaging prefferably to avoid damage in transit. Include your order confirmation or receipt in the parcel.

You may send the item back using your preferred tracked postal service. Please note: we do not cover return shipping costs, except in the case of faulty items. Postage fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund and send you a confirmation email. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing after the item has been received at our warehouse.

What happens once my item is returned?

Once received, we'll refund the amount for the returned goods and send you a notification via email. This can take 3-5 working days from the date we receive the return. If you don’t receive your refund and it has been up to 10 working days please send a Email to contact@vitavaultsupplements.com

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of secure payment methods, including:

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We aim to process orders quickly, so cancellations or changes may not always be possible. Contact our team as soon as possible at contact@vitavaultsupplements.com to check if your order can be updated.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

We offer free express delivery on all orders over £35.
For orders under £35, the following shipping options are available:


Tracked Express Delivery: £3.99

Tracked Standard Delivery: £2.99

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the UK. We currently do not offer international shipping, but we are always exploring ways to expand our service !

Restricted Delivery Areas

At this time, we are unable to ship to the following regions within the UK:

  • Scottish Highlands: IV21-24, IV26-28, IV40, IV52-53, PA40, PH34-41
  • Scottish Islands: HS1-9, IV41-51, IV52-56, KA26-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA40-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3
  • Any locations subject to ferry schedules and extreme weather conditions
