Supplements
Are your supplements gluten-free, dairy-free, and allergen-free?
Most of our products are free from common allergens, including gluten, dairy, soy, and nuts. However, please check the product label for full allergen information.
How Should I Store My Supplements?
Store your supplements in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Some products may require refrigeration—please refer to the label for specific storage instructions.
Can I take multiple supplements together?
Many of our supplements are designed to be taken together, but we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before combining multiple supplements if you have any medical conditions or take medications.
Where are VitaVault supplements manufactured?
Our supplements are proudly manufactured in the UK in GMP-certified facilities, ensuring the highest quality, safety, and efficacy standards.
Are your supplements suitable for vegetarians/vegans?
Many of our supplements are vegetarian and vegan-friendly. Check the product description or look for the vegan/vegetarian symbol on the packaging.
Return Policy
What is your return policy: Returns and cancellations
You have 30 days from from receiving the package to return your order as long as the item is unopened, unused with seals intact. You must have the original receipt or an alternative proof of purchase.
Our quality assurance team inspects every item upon receipt; if the aforementioned requirements are not satisfied, we are unable to provide a refund and the buyer will be responsible for paying for the return of the item. We reserve the right to decide whether returned goods are in sellable condition at our sole discretion.
If the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. To do this You will need to place a new order and return the original item for a refund
You can be asked to provide photographic proof to back up your claim for missing, defective, or damaged goods. After we get the returned items, we will process the returns appropriately.

To ensure a smooth and efficient refund process, please follow these steps:
Prepare Your Return
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring it is secure to avoid damage during transit.
- Include any relevant documents, such as your order confirmation or receipt.
Request a Free Return Label
- Contact our Customer Support Team at support@vitavault.com to request a return authorization and free return address.
- If your return meets the conditions outlined in our return policy, we will provide you with a prepaid return label, so you won’t need to cover shipping costs.
- If you choose to return the item at your own expense, please note that we are unable to reimburse postage fees, as we offer a free return option.
- Refund Confirmation
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund and send you an email confirmation
What happens once my item is returned?
Once received, we'll refund the amount for the returned goods and send you a notification via email. This can take 3-5 working days from the date we receive the return. If you don’t receive your refund and it has been up to 10 working days please contact support@Vitavault.com

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of secure payment methods, including:

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We aim to process orders quickly, so cancellations or changes may not always be possible. Contact our team as soon as possible at support@vitavault.com to check if your order can be updated.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
We offer free next day delivery on all orders! However, please note that on rare occasions, there may be delays in transit or unexpected issues that are outside of our control. Rest assured, your order should not take longer than 3 days to arrive. Thanks for your patience and understanding!
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the UK. We currently do not offer international shipping, but we are always exploring ways to expand our service !

At this time, we are unable to ship to the following regions within the UK:
- Scottish Highlands: IV21-24, IV26-28, IV40, IV52-53, PA40, PH34-41
- Scottish Islands: HS1-9, IV41-51, IV52-56, KA26-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA40-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3
- Any locations subject to ferry schedules and extreme weather conditions
